Terms of Service

By accessing or using the SAFEDOC platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

SAFEDOC is a subscription-based platform that enables businesses to create, manage, and securely store digital agreements, contracts, and forms. Features vary by subscription plan as described on our Pricing page.

To use SAFEDOC, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, company name, address, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

SAFEDOC is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Upon sign-up, you will receive an invoice by email containing bank account details for payment. Your account will be activated upon confirmation of payment. Continued use of the Service constitutes agreement to pay the applicable subscription fees.

SAFEDOC reserves the right to suspend or deactivate accounts where payment has not been received within a reasonable period following invoice issuance.

You agree not to use SAFEDOC to:

• Create or distribute fraudulent, misleading, or illegal documents
• Collect personal information without appropriate consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

You retain full ownership of all documents, content, and client data you create or collect through SAFEDOC. By using the Service, you grant SAFEDOC a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

All software, design, and content comprising the SAFEDOC platform is the intellectual property of SAFEDOC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAFEDOC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. SAFEDOC's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

SAFEDOC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms of Service. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

SAFEDOC may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
